Tournament organizers

Application terms of service

Please read these terms before creating a tournament with Pubdartsmanager. They explain what you can expect from the service and what we expect from you as an organizer.

Effective date: 26 October 2026 · Version 1.0

When these terms apply

These terms apply when you use Pubdartsmanager to create or manage a tournament. By actively accepting them and starting a tournament, you agree to follow them. If you enter information for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

1. About the service

Pubdartsmanager provides recreational tools for creating and managing darts tournaments, including participant lists, groups, match schedules and results.

We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but maintenance, technical problems and calculation errors may occasionally occur. Features may also change as the service is improved.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and use the service only for lawful tournament activities.

Do not create accounts with non-existent email addresses, impersonate another person or use an email address without permission. Please tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Participants and messages

Before entering a participant’s name, email address or other personal information, you must have a valid reason to use it and tell the participant how it will be used for the tournament.

You must tell participants in advance that they may receive necessary tournament messages, such as verification, match, schedule or result notifications. Only enter information that is needed to run the tournament and keep it accurate.

As an organizer, you may also receive operational messages that are necessary to create, manage and complete your tournament. Marketing messages, if offered, are handled separately.

4. Tournament information and results

You are responsible for the information you enter and for checking participant details, tournament settings, scores and calculated results before announcing them or awarding prizes.

Pubdartsmanager is not a party to arrangements between organizers and participants, including entry fees, prize money or other financial agreements. If you notice an incorrect calculation or result, stop relying on it where possible and report the problem so it can be investigated.

5. Payments and refunds

Any price and included service will be shown before you pay. Payments are processed through the payment provider presented at checkout.

Voluntarily deleting your account does not by itself create a right to a refund. This does not limit any refund, cancellation, repair or price-reduction right that you have under applicable law, including when a paid digital service does not work as reasonably expected.

6. Suspension and account closure

We may restrict or close an account when this is reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, or when these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached. Examples include fraud, impersonation, unauthorized email addresses and attempts to disrupt or misuse the service.

Where circumstances allow, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to correct the problem. Any refund will be assessed under these terms and applicable law.

7. Responsibility and legal rights

You remain responsible for decisions you make using tournament information and for financial arrangements that you make directly with participants. We are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect information that you or a participant supplies, or by use of the service contrary to these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service, our practices or the law changes. If a change materially affects existing users, we will provide reasonable notice through the website or by email before it takes effect where practical.

If you have a question, discover an error or want to make a complaint, please use the contact form available from your account. You can also review the separate Google Login Privacy Policy using the link below.
